Kumari Bank to Sell 1 Lakh Units of Promoter Shares

Kathmandu. Kumari Bank Limited is going to sell 1 lakh units of promoter shares in the name of the promoter shareholders.

As per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, the promoter shareholders have applied to the bank for the sale of their shares.

According to the bank, the first priority should be given to the existing promoter shareholders while selling the promoter shares. Accordingly, they have been given the opportunity to buy shares, but if no application is received within the stipulated period, now interested investors other than the promoter group can also apply.

The sale price of the promoter shares will be as determined by the seller. Interested investors have to apply within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice. Applications can be submitted to Kumari Bank’s Share Registrar Kumari Capital Limited, Naxal, Nagpokhari or at the Bank’s Head Office Tangal, Kathmandu-2.
