Kumari Bank and Federation of Women Entrepreneurs Nepal have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Women Entrepreneurs Federation of Nepal.The Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Women Entrepreneurs Federation of Women Entrepreneurs through its product, manpowerand strategic partnership.
The partnership aims to promote women’s economic empowerment, sustainable finance, enterprise development andbusiness resilience. The agreement was signed by Chandan Karki, Chief Investment & Marketing Officer of Kumari Bank and Mrs. Darshana Shrestha, President of WomenEntrepreneurs Federation Nepal. This partnership is an important step towards further strengthening the supportive ecosystem for women-led businesses and enterprises.
The partnership will focus on women entrepreneurs’ access to responsible finance, enterprise development, sustainable and climate resilient financing, digital solutions, market opportunities and expanding their engagement with the chain. This collaboration will also explore innovative financing measures to address the financial challenges faced by women-led enterprises and enhance their growth and resilience and cash flow-based credit rating, movable asset-based financing facilities, guarantees, and other risk-sharing mechanisms.
