KATHMANDU: Kabeli Development Bank and Saptakoshi Development Bank have merged with each other. The two banks will merge and start integrated business from July 22. Similarly, the integrated transaction will be done in the name of Saptakoshi Development Bank.
The special general meeting (SGM) of Kabeli Bikas Bank and Saptakoshi Development Bank on April 27 had passed a special proposal regarding merger.TAG_OPEN_div_13
After the merger, the central office of Kabeli Bikas Bank will be located in Dhankuta-7, Dhankuta.TAG_OPEN_div_11 Similarly, the corporate office of Saptakoshi Development Bank will be located at Biratnagar Metropolitan City-7, Morang.
