Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued an interim order against the arrest of Chairman and Director of Nepal Investment Mega Bank. The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an interim order not to arrest the directors of the banks in the case of auctioning the property already owned by the government.
An arrest warrant has been issued against the bank’s chairman Prithvi Bahadur Pandey and other directors for illegally auctioning the property of Smart Cell.
However, the Supreme Court has issued an interim order not to arrest them immediately.
Chairman Pandey is currently in the United States of America while the rest of the directors are absconding.
