Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank has announced a dividend. The bank has announced a lucrative dividend for the financial year 2082-83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank has decided to distribute 20 percent dividend to the shareholders of the current paid-up capital of Rs 14.79 billion.
Out of this, 10 per cent will be issued bonus shares worth Rs 1.47 billion and 10 per cent will be given cash dividend of Rs 1.47 billion.
The bank has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 10,75,89,041 to the shareholders of the bank.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
