Kathmandu. Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put up 12,184 units of promoter shares for sale. The company is going to sell the shares in the name of the promoter shareholders.
The company had earlier issued a 35-day notice to the existing promoter shareholders asking for an application for the purchase of the shares. After no written application was received from the existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the company put the shares up for sale so that other individuals and companies could also buy them.
Now, interested individuals and companies can apply to buy promoter shares. Interested investors will have to submit a written application with necessary documents to the central office of the company in Pokhara.
The application notice has to be submitted to the central office of the organization within 15 days from the date of publication. The promoter shares will be sold on the basis of the application received as per the procedure prescribed by the organization.
Investors interested in purchasing the promoter shares will have to submit the necessary details and documents along with the application. Earlier, the sale process was initiated by giving priority to the promoter shareholders, but after the application was not received, the sale was opened for the general public and the company.
