Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Siddhartha Bank Limited. The bank is closing the book for one day on October 1 for the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution.
As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been trading in NEPSE till date will be able to attend the AGM of the bank and receive the proposed dividend.
The bank has called its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 12 at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The meeting will pass a proposal to distribute 10 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital and 10 percent cash dividend along with tax purposes.
Similarly, the meeting will also present a proposal of distributing cash dividend at the rate of 8.25 percent to the shareholders of the unreleased reserve preference shares, amending the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appointing auditors.
