Kathmandu. The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NIC ASIA Bank has been concluded. The assembly was held at the Army Officers Club in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu on June 18.
The AGM has approved the Directors Report, Auditor’s Report, Balance Sheet, Profit Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement and other Annual Statements for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The AGM approved the issuance of right shares in the ratio of 2:1 of the paid-up capital of the bank’s immediate public shares, after obtaining the necessary approval of the concerned bodies as proposed by the Board of Directors.
Ashok Kumar Agrawal, Ram Chandra Sanghai, Jayanta Kumar Agrawal and Aditya Kumar Agrawal, Keshav Prasad Lamsal and Anupa Pradhan Rajbhandari were elected unopposed from promoter shareholders.
