Kathmandu. NIC ASIA Bank and EFINX Nepal have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Authorized reseller of Honor brand smartphones for the bank and Nepal, EFIX Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Ltd. A bilateral agreement has been signed to provide special facilities to the bank’s customers.
This collaboration is in line with the strategic objective of refining the customer experience addressing the digital banking needs of its customers.
The agreement was signed by Narendra Mainali, Chief Transaction Banking and Ashwin Gopal Sharma, IT Manager of EFIX Nepal. As per the agreement, NIC ASIA Bank Credit Card holders can buy Honor efix.com.np brand smartphones at zero percent interest rate and pay the amount in attractive monthly installments.
Customers can enjoy the exclusive benefit of buying attractive smartphones enabling them to pay the amount for a maximum period of 12 months with no extra interest and easily apply online from the bank’s portal instabuy.nicasiabank.com{{TAG_CLOSE_a_14} and convert the monthly installment into monthly installments.
Also, Nepalese residing abroad can send smartphone gifts to their family and relatives in Nepal by using the bank’s state-of-the-art card-based online payment gateway ‘Cybersource’ on EFIX Nepal’s website. This cybersource system allows users to use Visa and MasterCard issued by any national and international bank.
The bank believes that this collaboration with the bank will help reduce the cost of banking for the bank’s customers, given that the bank has always been active to provide enriched banking experience through the optimum use of digital payments.
