Nabil Bank signs MoU with Dhulikhel Hospital

Kathmandu. Nabil Bank and Dhulikhel Hospital have signed a Memorandum of Intent for strategic partnership for strengthening and rehabilitating essential health services. Mr. Manoj Kumar Gyawali, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the bank and Dr. Pramod Kumar Gyawali, Administrative Director of Dhulikhel Hospital. Birajman Karmacharya signed the letter on Monday.

The two sides look forward to collaborating in this area, especially considering the growing need for access to dialysis and quality health care in Nepal, especially in the treatment and rehabilitation of burns.

As part of the strategic partnership, Nabil Bank has provided financial support worth NPR 600 million to Dhulikhel Hospital for expanding Dialysis services and ICU Intensive Care for Heartburn patients across Nepal.

According to the agreement, a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit will be established at Dhulikhel Hospital and similar facilities will be expanded to other provinces under the leadership of the hospital management. In addition, the bank has supported the bank to establish two artificial limb implant and rehabilitation service units and further strengthen dialysis services.
