Kathmandu. A man has been arrested in connection with a cheque dishonour case. The arrested is 67-year-old Phanindra Nepal of Budhanilkantha Municipality-10, Kathmandu.
Police arrested him from Budhanilkantha and made him public today.
Plaintiff Yuvaraj Khatri and defendant Phanindra Nepal were arrested from Budhanilkantha-10 Katari Basti after being sentenced to two years imprisonment by the Kathmandu District Court in a cheque dishonour case (077-C4-1615).
Nepal has been sent to Kathmandu District Court Babarmahal for the execution of court verdict.
